Villa Mariposa is a beautiful, luxury, 6 bed roomed air conditioned holiday villa conveniently located on the popular Aloha Golf development within easy reach of both Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol.
The opulently furnished accommodation comprises of a large lounge with dining area to the rear. This has an enormous dining suite that can seat up to 14 guests. For entertainment there is a large t.v. with free to view satellite reception plus a DVD player and Video recorder.
The large fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ceramic hob and oven, American style fridge/freezer,microwave oven and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc. There is also an additional dining area here which will seat 8 guests.

The bedrooms are distributed over the ground floor and first floor and are all beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Then there are 2 further double and 2 twin bedrooms.There are a total of 4 bathrooms plus a separate cloak room.The grounds of this lovely villa are very private and well screened with shrubs and trees. The swimming pool has a security fence around it making it safe for young children and there are plenty of patio areas and lawned areas for relaxing on, sunbeds provided, plus outdoor dining facilities and a charcoal BBQ. In fact all you will need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in the sun.
The pool itself is a good size at 8x5m with an approximate depth throughout of 1.8m, Roman steps give access.

The villa is located in a gated community with access via remote control and there is parking for 2 cars with a private car port.Facilities at Alhoa Golf which can be used by guests include a tennis court, padel tennis court, football and basket ball pitches.
There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of Villa Mariposa and in fact you can also walk to Puerto Banus in around 20 minutes. Here you will find excellent shopping and dining facilities as well as a lovely beach and the world famous marina.The delightful resort of Marbella is also within easy reach as of course are many world class golf courses.
In conclusion then Villa Mariposa offers superb holiday accommodation in a very good location for you to be able to enjoy a first class holiday on the Costa del Sol.

All prices are in euros and are per villa, per week. They are inclusive of electricity up to 100 euros per week which is ample unless the a/c is left on 24/7 with the windows and doors left open,linen, towels, a weekly clean and a welcome pack.
If the electricity does exceed 100.00 euros then the excess will be deducted from the refundable damages deposit.
