This lovely two bedroomed air conditioned apartment, which has wonderful views over Alahurin Golf Course, is beautifully fitted and furnished and immaculately maintained.A lift takes you from the off road parking area to the first floor where the living accommodation is all on one level.A flight of stairs leads up to the roof terrace which is a veritable sun trap and from where you can take in the marvelous view.
The spacious lounge/dining room is furnished with twin settees, a large dining table with seating for six, there is satellite T.V. with the free to view channels plus a video player and selection of videos.Patio doors open out from here to a sunny balcony.

The modern kitchen is of a good size and fully fitted with a hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher,fridge/freezer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. There is a breakfast table and chairs set underneath the window.
Both double bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and have plenty of storage space. One has a full en-suite bathroom whilst the other has easy access to the shower room. However in order to help maintain the high standard of the apartment the owners have requested that they only have two guests at a time and have adjusted the price to take that into consideration.

Alhaurin Golf and Country Club
This wonderful course is set in an enviable position in the Mijas mountains yet is only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. The course was designed by "Seve" and wraps itself beautifully around the undulating terrain.There are a total of 45 holes made up of an 18 holes par 72 course, an 18 holes pitch & put course and a spectacular 9 holes par 3 course. In addition to the course itself there is a luxurious hotel which offers swimming, tennis and horse riding facilities and a new clubhouse opened in 2001.
Just a few minutes from the Course is the bustling town of Alahurin el Grande where you will find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The Costa del Sol, with it's wonderful long, clean and sandy beaches is but a short drive away and here there is much to amuse and entertain you, so even if you do not wish to avail yourself of the excellent golfing facilities this apartment still offers very comfortable and relaxing holiday accommodation within a short distance of many world famous resorts.
Alhaurin Golf Rental Rates.
Low Season- Oct.- April (ex. Christmas and Easter) 295.00 pounds.
Mid Season- May, June, Sept, Christmas and Easter 375.00 pounds.
High Season- July and August 425.00 pounds.
Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid-season rate of 325.00 pounds.
All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and cleaning.
