The living/dining room is stylishly furnished with modern contemporary furniture, a wall mounted LCD t.v. with free to view English channels and patio doors out on to the furnished balcony.There is also a sofa bed in the lounge so an extra guest can be accommodated for a supplement, please see below.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary appliances including a ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer,dishwasher,microwave, coffee maker, and a full complement of pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glass ware etc. There is an additional utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main apartment has 2 bed rooms, one double with a full en-suite bathroom and one twin room. They both have patio doors with access to the balcony thus making the rooms light and airy.There is an additional full bathroom. From inside the apartment there is a staircase which gives access to an enormous roof terrace and here is located a third bedroom with a single bed and a cloakroom. The roof terrace is a marvelous area with super views out to sea, plenty of sunbeds and a shaded dining area.Alcazabar Gardens is a private gated community with 2 communal swimming pools which have been fenced round and so are child safe. Communal sunbeds are provided on the grassed area.

There is secure parking within the development for one car if required. However the location of Alcazabar Gardens, a less than 5 minute walk to Puerto Banus Marina, means a car is by no means essential. The marina has a fine selection of shops, bars and restaurants and the nearest beach, Playa Espanola, is just 500 metres away.Also within within easy reach is the cosmpolitan resort of Marbella, where you will find further excellent shops, bars, restaurants and beaches and of course there are many firstclass golf courses all along this stretch of the Costa del Sol.
