Comfortable Living Room.
Villa la Trilladora consists of 2 twin air conditioned bedrooms,one with en suite bathroom and both with ample cupboard space.There is a comfortable livingroom and dining area with a real fire and a well equipped kitchen fitted with a full cooker,microwave,automatic washing machine and fridge/frezer.In addition there is a very pleasant large covered verandah with a further dining area and a studio couch which could accommodate a fifth person.There is also a second toilet and shower room.The whole property has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a most comfortable and pleasant stay with the provision of Sky T.V.videos,books and board games.A complimentary welcome pack greets you to get your holiday off to a good start.Towels and all linen are also provided.
Outside there are several patios and a lovely secluded garden on three levels as well as the swimming pool and a barbeque (charcoal provided ) with an al fresco dining area.Sun beds are provided by the pool.
Villa la Triladora is a very lovely holiday home which the photos do not really do justice to.

Coin.The traditional and lively Spanish market town of Coin is just 5 minutes away by car from Villa la Triladora and here you will find a good variety of shops,bars and restuarants.
Marbella is about 25 minutes away with all the beaches and nightlife associated with this fashionable resort.
Further inland there is much to see and explore with the lovely old town of Ronda and many other places of interest a drive away.
At Villa La Trilladora you will find a very useful and comprehensive pack of information about all the things of interest to see and do in the area including the excellent Alhaurin Golf Courses,The Gun and Country Club,Horse Riding,Quad Biking,details of Local Ferias and much much more.

Rates for Villa la Trilladora:-
All rates are per week, per property.
The property is available from April to October.
Low season:-April(excluding Easter) 395 pounds.
Mid-season:-May and June (Easter) 450 pounds
High-Season:-July,August and September 495.00 pounds
This rate is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity,linen, towels and a welcome pack.Change over day is flexible. Arrival time between 4.00 and 10.00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
Due to some rather steep steps leading down to the pool this villa is not considered suitable for very young children. However a cot and play pen can be provided free of charge for a baby.
