Payment Methods

There are various different payment methods depending on where you liveand whether you wish to pay in Sterling or Euros. A 50% deposit is required on booking for all of our poperties and the balance is due either 4-6 weeks before the start of your holiday or on arrival,depending on the owners preference.
Payment methods for U.K. Residents.
Probably the easiest way to pay is by a personal sterling cheque made out to myself, Mrs. Ruth Polak and sent to Finca Apolinar, 29690 Casares,Malaga, Spain. You can also pay online to my Norwich and Peterborough Building Society account, details of which will be sent at the time ofbooking should you so request. If you wish to pay with your credit cardthen go to www.paypal.com who will process the payment for you at no cost to yourself, however due to the charges paypal make to the recipient we do have to make a surcharge of 3.5% of the amount transferred.
Payment methods for E.U. Residents.
Unfortunately due to the costs and length of time involved to clear them I prefer not to take Euro cheques ( who said the euro would make life easier?) So probably the easiest payment methods within Europe are either electronic transfers or online payments to my Banco de Andalucia account. Details of which will be supplied on booking.Western Union or Moneygram can also be used to handle the transaction.If you wish to pay with your credit card then go to www.paypal.com who will process the payment for you at no cost to yourself, however due to the charges paypal make to the recipient we do have to make a surcharge of 3.5% of the amount transferred.
Payment Methods from the U.S.A and The Rest of the World.
Payment can be made in either Sterling or Euros depending on which exchange rate is most beneficial to you. This can either be done on line or via an electronic transfer from your bank to mine. Details of all bank numbers, codes etc.will be supplied at the time of booking. Western Union or Money gram can also be used. At the time of writing Western Union online transactions can ony be carried out if you have a U.S.A. credit card. Money Exchange.
If you live in the U.K. or U.S.A.then take advantage of a very useful service I have come across. Order your holiday money from Onlinefx and they will deliver it to your door the next working day.They will even deliver it to your place of work if you are not at home during the day.
