The villa itself consists of a very spacious air conditioned living/dining room beautifully furnished with many fine antiques. There is satellite t.v. in here with all the free to view channels and patio doors lead out onto the large wrap around balcony from which there are marvellous views of the nearby sea. Of the 3 bedrooms there is one double bedroom with an en-suite w.c. The other 2 are twin rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and one a full en-suite bathroom. These 2 rooms also have access to the balcony via patio doors and all three have plenty of built in storage space.
The good sized kitchen is a little dated but is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils including a large full cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, glassware, crockery, cutlery etc. There is a utility room off the kitchen which houses the washing machine and a large sink etc. The grounds of the villa extend to 1,500 sq.m. and are very private. They are entered through large electronic gates and there is plenty of off road parking within. The gardens themselves are planted with a lovely selection of Mediterranean plants including rubber trees, a variety of palms and cactus,bananas and the beautifully night scented Datura.
If the villa alone is not enough to tempt you then its fantastic location is sure to do the trick. It is right opposite the fabulous La Cabane Beach Club with its beautiful pool and superb beach side restaurant where you can enjoy the best fish cuisine you could imagine combined with outdoor candlelit dining and first class entertainment. Just a short walk away you also have the exclusive 5 star Los Monteros Hotel, again with excellent cuisine in its 2 first class restaurants. On top of all this luxury you have a beautiful clean and sandy beach right on your door step and from here you can stroll along to the heart of Marbella in about 20 minutes.
In conclusion then here you have a villa that combines comfort and charm with an extremely enviable location all at a very reasonable price. Because the villa is a little dated and may not offer some of the facilities normally associated with holiday villas in this top class location the price is not what you would normally expect to pay for a holiday villa here. Therefore you can benefit from holidaying in a very prestigious location amongst the rich and famous at a fraction of the cost you would normally expect to pay. The Costa del Sol At Villa Jabili you are within easy reach of all the best that the Costa del Sol has to offer.Marbella itself is full of excellent shops, bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach. The cosmopolitan Puerto Banus is just down the road where you can indulge in the favourite pastime of people watching, or enjoy a superb meal in any one of the first class restaurants and then dance the night away in one of the very late night clubs. For the golfer of course you couldn´t pick a better location as there are many world class golf courses within a very small radius.
