Finca la Cuadra is an absolutely delightful 2 bedroomed cottage full of rustic charm and personality.It is set in 3,000 sq, metres of land with its own private swimming pool.The living area is open-plan consisting of a lounge, with wood burning stove and patio doors opening out onto a verhandah, an extremley well equipped kitchen and a dining area. There are beamed ceilings throughout and lots of delightful rustic features. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, automatic washing machine, a fridge freezer and ample pots, pans, crockery and glassware. There is satallite T.V. and a video in the living room.
From the livingroom there are steps upto the two bedrooms, one of which is double and the other is twin. They are both comfortably furnished with ample storage space. The cottage has a good sized modern bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The whole of the cottage has been recently converted and refurbished from it΄s original use as a stables and the owners have spared no expense in ensuring that Finca la Cuadra is a lovely, comfortable and charming holiday home.
Finca la Cuadra is reached by a private road so there is little or no traffic to disturb you and outside there is plenty of fresh air, space and the most wonderful views to admire. On the pergola covered patio you will find a BBQ and garden furniture so you can enjoy al fresco dining. The swimming pool also has its own patio for soaking up the mediterranean sun. There are few other houses in the vicinity and all around peace and quiet abounds. This is rural Andalucia as visitors to the costas rarely see it. There are many tracks into the countryside for those who enjoy walking, the wild flowers are an absolute delight to behold and for bird watchers there is the possibility to see a wide variety of species.

Although in the heart of the countryside Finca la Cuadra is only about 5 minutes by car to the bustling town of Coin. Here you will find a great selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The international resort of Marbella is about 20 minutes away and Malaga airport a little over 30 minutes. With a hire car you are ideally situated to explore much of Andalucia which is full of historic places of interest, wonderful unspoilt countryside and pretty white villages. Finca la Cuadra really does offer a lovely holiday home in an ideal location for a vacation that combines peace and tranquility with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.
