Villa Bella is a beautiful 5 bed roomed holiday villa set in its´own lovely private grounds of 1,390 sq.m. in the well established Forest Hills area of Estepona. It is 3 kms. from the town and about 2 kms to the nearest beach.

It offers superb holiday accommodation with many extras not normally found in a villa at such a reasonable price such as a heated swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, a sauna and a table tennis table.It has partial air conditioning plus electric room fans and fire wood is provided during the winter months

The living/dining room is situated on the first floor and is furnished to a luxury standard with 2 comfortable settees, an attractive solid wood dining suite, SKY television,DVD and CD player and a wood burning fireplace. Patio doors from here take you onto the furnished verandah with steps leading down into the garden.

The kitchen likewise is extremely well fitted and furnished and has all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Plus of course a full complement of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.

The bedrooms are all beautifully appointed, the three double rooms all have kingsize beds and then there are 2 further twin rooms. Three of the bed rooms have en-suite facilities in addition to which there is a further family bathroom, making 4 in total.

One of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower level and down here you will also find a a games room with a table tennis table and an outdoor gym area. There is also a further t.v room, ideal for the children. Also on this level, on the covered verandah is a hot tub/jacuzzi.

The large grounds of this lovely holiday villa add a wonderful dimension to your stay here as they offer plenty of space to relax in and enjoy the peace and tranquility. The views are superb of both sea and countryside. There are delightful pathways leading you to different areas with plenty of seating and sun loungers.The large swimming pool,9m.x 6m. has solar heating and there are pool side changing rooms, a large shower and a sauna.

Also outside you will find a gas BBQ and large dining area with seating for 12 people which is a delightful place for a poolside evening dinner party with the garden and pool enchantingly illuminated. At the end of the garden a gate opens onto a purpose built artificial grassed area which is perfect for ball games and somewhere for the kids to let off steam.

A few of the other places of interest within easy reach of Villa Bella are Selwo Wildlife Park, The historic Rock of Gibraltar, Estepona Marina and the Andaulcian Hores Training centre which puts on spectacular shows whilst you enjoy a meal in their fine restaurant.
