Villa Veramar is a beautiful newly built, air conditioned, holiday villa in a perfect location to enjoy a holiday in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The spacious, light and airy lounge is comfortably and sylishly furnished with modern leather settees, a flat screen t.v. with satellite reception and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The indoor dining area is off the lounge and has an elegant dining suite, there are further dining facilities outside. The kitchen is ultra modern with a central work staion with both gas and ceramic hob. There is a built in oven and microwave a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer plus all the requisite pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.

The master bed room has a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and soft light and music therapies to help you relax and unwind. The second double bed room also has a single bed in it and then there are 2 further twin rooms, so the villa can accommodate a total of 9 guests. There is a family shower room and a separate cloakroom. The villa is set in a position from which it enjoys lovely views of both the Sierra Bermeja Mountain and the sea, with Morocco and Gibraltar in the distance.There are both lawned and patio areas for you to relax on, a built in BBQ and of course the inviting pool (9x4m.) which has solar panels to boost its temperature during cooler months.There is also an outdoor jaccuzi, this can be covered and the pool area fenced off if you are visiting with young children.

Villa Veramar is not only a wonderful summer holiday home but is also comfortable in the winter with the solar heated pool, the hot air central heating, from the air conditioning, and the partial under floor heating, there is however a supplement for the latter. Secure off road parking is available with remote control access through the gates. There is also a gate in the garden fence which opens onto the fields beyond, a great place for the kids to play or for exercising the dog as pets are welcome here. Villa Veramar is located in the very popular Seghers area on the western side of Estepona. This is a well established and beautifully maintained residential area which is about a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach. Estepona Port, where you will find many good bars and restaurants, is about the same distance and the centre of Estepona itself some 15 minutes walk further on.
