Villa Rosa is an immaculately maintained 3 bed roomed,3 bath roomed villa located in the prestigious residential area of el Rosaria just 5kms east of Marbella.It has a charming private gardens and pool and all of the bed rooms benefit from air conditioning. The main living/dining room is a bright and sunny room which opens directly onto the furnished terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge as well as a feature wood burning stove, t.v with all the free to view channels, a DVD and CD player. The large kitchen has been beautifully fitted out with a vast array of wood units, a large Aga cooker and American style fridge/freezer. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a good selection of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc. all in all everything you could possibly need to make your stay here a comfortable one.
All 3 air conditioned bed rooms are finished to a very high standard, there are 2 double and one twin bedrooms. Two of them have their own en-suite facilities and direct access to the terrace and gardens in addition to which there is a third family bathroom.Linen and towels of top quality are all supplied.The private gardens of this lovely holiday villa are well maintained and plenty of shrubs and trees afford you good privacy.The good sized swimming pool, 5x10 m.is surrounded by a large grassed area with 6 sunbeds supplied. Also outside you have the benefit of a good sized terrace with a wrought iron dining suite, large awning and a gas BBQ. There is off road parking for 2 cars.
The el Rosario area of Mabella, where Villa Rosa is located, is a well established and much sought after residential area consisting of large, private and well maintained villas. In the vicinity you have the very popular 'El Casco' tennis club and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.The nearest beach is a walk of around 1km. away with a pedestrian bridge giving easy and safe access over the main road. The lovely cosmopolitan resort of Marbella with its' beautiful beaches, famous old town and excellent restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away by car and then a little further down the road you have the internationally famous Puerto Banus, with excellent designer shops, superb restaurants and exciting night life. For the golfer of course it goes without saying that there are many first class golf courses in the area.
