This beautiful 3 bed roomed, comfortable and tastefully furnished duplex penthouse apartment is arranged over 2 floors. It has full air conditioning and is very well located being just a few minutes walk from Estepona Port.
The living/dining room is spacious, light and airy and has large patio doors which open out onto the big wrap around furnished terrace from where you have views of the sea, port and swimming pool.There is a flat screen t.v. in the living room that receives the English free to view channels as well as a DVD player.
The modern very well equipped kitchen provides everything you will need to make your holiday here a comfortable one. Including is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and of course plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc.
